Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Section 14 City Of Bradford Metropolitan District Council New Line / Harrogate Road, Greengates, Bradford Temporary Prohibition Of Traffic Order

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of road works to be executed on or near New Line/ Harrogate Road, Greengates, Bradford has made the above named Order the effect of which is that no person shall proceed in the lengths of New Line/Harrogate Road as follows: -
Phase 1 - Harrogate Road - from its junction with New Line to its junction with Valley View Drive
Phase 2 - New Line - from its junction with Harrogate Road to its junction with Haigh Hall Road
Phase 3 - New Lane - from its junction with Harrogate Road to its junction with Elder Street
PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on the said length of road.
Alternative routes for pedestrian and vehicular traffic affected by the Order will be available as follows: -
Phase 1 and 2 Via - Harrogate Road, Apperley Road, Hemingway Road, Leeds Road, New Line and vice versa.
Phase 3 - Via Harrogate Road, (unaffected section), Killinghall Road, Leeds Road, Bradford Road, Ring Road Farsley, Rawdon Road, Leeds Road, Micklefield Lane, Apperley Lane and vice versa.
The Order comes into operation at 21:00 hours on the 25th April 2022 and remains in force 06:00 hours on the 23rd May 2022 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary).
