Mrs Denise Rajab,Lavenders, The Forge, The Square, Thornton Le Dale,YOl8 7RN. Application has been made on the 5th of November 2013 for a variation of the above premises licence as follows: 1. Increase in hours for the supply of alcohol to 09:00 until 21:00 hours each day (excluding Bank holidays and Sundays who's hours will be 09:00 until 18:00) to match up with new planning permission. 2. The premises to be open to the public each day between the hours of 09:00 and 2l:00 (excluding Bank holidays and Sundays who's hours will be 09:00 until 18:00) to match up with new planning permission. 3. To amend condition 2 of Annex 2 take into account the above new hours. A record of this application may be inspected within the Ryedale District Council Register kept at the address shown below. Representations must be made in writing to Ryedale District council Licensing Department, Ryedale House, Old Malton Road, Malton Y017 7HH within 28 days of the date of the application shown above.It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application.
