Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14 City Of Bradford Metropolitan District Council St Margarets Terrace, Ilkley Temporary Prohibition Of Traffic Order

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of water works proposed to be executed on or near St Margarets Terrace, llkley intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall proceed in the length of St Margarets Terrace from the outside of No. 5 St Margarets Terrace to the outside of No. 7 St Margarets Terrace.
PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works proposed to be carried out on the said length of road.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the proposed Order will be available via St Margarets Terrace (unaffected section), Albany Walk, Wells Walk, Queens Road and vice versa.
The proposed Order will come into effect at 08:00 hours on the 3rd May 2022 and remain in force until 18:00 hours on the 5th May 2022 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary).
