Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Section 14 City Of Bradford Metropolitan District Council Apperley Lane, Apperley Bridge, Bradford Temporary Prohibition Of Traffic Order

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of bridge works to be executed on or near Apperley Lane, Apperley Bridge, Bradford has made the above named Order the effect of which is that no person shall proceed In the length of Apperley Lane from its junction with Apperley Road to the end of River Bridge.
PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used In connection with the works to be carried out on the said length of road.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the Order are available via Apperley Road, Harrogate Road, Apperley Lane (unaffected section) and vice versa, and vice versa.
The Order comes Into operation at 08:00 hours on the 25th April 2022 and remains in force 18:00 hours on the 1st June 2022 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary).
