The Redbridge (Waiting, Loading, Stopping and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2021 (Amendment No. 3) Order 2022
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Redbridge on 20 April 2022 made the above-mentioned Order under sections 6, 45,46,49,124 and part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 ("the Act") and of all other enabling powers. The effect of the Order will be to introduce waiting and parking restrictions as specified in the Schedules to this notice. Permits and vouchers are available to residents whose property is within the designated controlled area. A copy of the Order, which will come into operation on 25 April 2022, plans of the roads and the Council's statement of reasons for making the Order can be inspected between 10am to 5pm on Monday to Saturday (except on Bank Holidays) at the Central Library, Clements Road, llford, IG1 1EA. Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or any of its provisions on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any regulations made thereunder have not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.

Schedule 1 - Introduce Waiting Restrictions operative at all times at the junctions of: Beaumaris Drive with Brackley Square, Beaumaris Drive with Chigwell Road.
Schedule 2 - Introduce a new Permit Parking Zone to include the postal addresses within the streets and parts of streets referred to in the list maintained by the Council, WGE Permit Holders parking operative Monday to Saturday (at all times) in Beaumaris Drive: Along all lengths except where existing waiting restrictions or other schedules to this notice apply.
Schedule 3 - Introduce an extension to the Permit Parking Zone, WD Permit Holders parking operative Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.30pm in Trafalgar Place: along all lengths (including adjacent to No. 76 Hermon Hill), except where existing waiting restrictions apply.
Schedule 4 - Online application charges (per address): first resident permit £20 for 12 months; second additional resident permit £110 for 12 months; third and subsequent additional resident permit £198 for 12 months. Visitor permits £11 for 10 permits. Permit(s) free of charge for disabled badge holders and fully electric vehicles. Any applications not made online will incur an additional £22 charge per permit (except Visitor permits).
