(Footpath 11, Loughton) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close Footpath 11, Loughton in the District of Epping Forest, at a point approximately 50 metres from the entrance to Church Hill. The closure is scheduled to commence on 18/04/2022 to 29/04/2022 or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while foundation work to property number 73 Church Hill are undertaken. The alternative route will be via Church Lane. The Order will come into effect on 18/04/2022 and may continue in force for 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Hoe Lane, Nazeing) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hoe Lane, Nazeing in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 815m northwest of its junction with Betts Lane for a distance of approximately 50m in a northwesterly then southwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 18th May 2022 for 14 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MX060215ND276/02 -Affinity Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Affinity Water.
An alternative route is available via Middle Street, Nazeing Common, Betts Lane and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 28th April 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Tower Road, Epping) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Tower Road, Epping in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with High Street to its junction with Lower Swaines a distance of approximately 565m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 16th May 2022 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2327945 -Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via High Street, Crows Road, Lower Swaines and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 28th April 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Field Close, Buckhurst Hill) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Field Close, Buckhurst Hill in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 25m northeast of its junction with Broadfield Way for a distance of approximately 25m in a northeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 6th May 2022 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC412CHKNONSAWCTJ386W-1 -Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole installation works are undertaken by Openreach. No diversion route is available. The Order came into effect on 14th April 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
