Notice Of Application For Variation Of Premises Licence Under The Licensing Act

2003 The Bradford Underground Ltd applied to City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council on 5th April for a licence to use the premises at The Underground, 9 Duke Street, Bradford, BD1 3QR. The proposed variation is to add the Supply of Alcohol for consumption off the premises, and to extend the licensable hours for the following existing licensable activities; Live Music, Recorded Music, Supply Of Regulated Entertainment, Supply of Alcohol and Hours Premises are Open to the Public until 06:00 Hours Monday-Sunday. Children allowed access to all events, accompanied by an adult.

Representations should be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Argus Chambers, Hall Ings, Bradford, BD1 1HX by 4th May 2022. Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address between the hours of 09.00 17.00 Monday to Thursday and 09.00 16.30 Friday.
