Notice Of An Application For The Grant Of A Premises Licence The Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that We, LJ Oxley & Co Ltd have applied to the Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as: UNIT 4, REGENTS COURT, SOUTH BERRY EDGE, CONSETT, CO DURHAM, DH8 5FD for the grant of a Premises Licence to permit the following licensable activities:- The sale by retail of alcohol (On Sales) from 12:00 22:00, Monday to Sunday. A record of this application may be inspected at the Council's offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham. DH7 8RS by appointment, on weekdays between 9.30 am and 4.30 pm.

Any representations about this application must be made in writing by 10th May 2022 and sent to:- Durham County Council, Licensing Services, PO Box 617, Durham DH1 9HZ or email: licensing@durham.gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
