Notice Of Intention To Dispose Of Open Space

Notice is hereby given that Durham County Council proposes to dispose of:
* 273.22m2 or thereabouts of land adjacent to Freick's Buildings, Dipton

* 61.57m2 or thereabouts of land adjacent 7 Witton Grove, Framwellgate Moor

* 99.18m2 or thereabouts of land at Sawmill Cottages Open Space, Dipton

A plan showing the area concerned may be inspected at the offices of Corporate Property and Land, County Hall, Durham, DH1 5UL.
By virtue of Section 123 of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended) the County Council is required to give formal notice of its intention to dispose of Open Space and consider any objections to the proposed disposal.
