I, Nick HERBERT, hereby give notice that an application was made to Herefordshire Council on 14th April 2022 for the Variation of a Premises Licence at The Babar Cafe, Union Street, HEREFORD in which the following licensable activities are proposed: Sale of Alcohol, for consumption both ON and OFF premises, Live & Recorded Music and Late Night Refreshment extended to 03:00hrs each day. The full application, giving details about the premises/proposed licensable activities, has been sent to the Licensing Section, Herefordshire Council. An interested party or Responsible Authority may make representations to the Licensing Section within 28 Consecutive Days of the day the application was made as detailed above - 12th May 2022.
