PRE-APPLICATION EVENT
Proposed residential development - Former Playdrome Site, Chalmers Street/ Argyll Road, Clydebank

Applicants: Miller Homes Limited

Proposal: The erection of a residential development, including all associated infrastructure, landscaping, access works together with all necessary utilities.
A face-to-face Public Exhibition/ Consultation will take place on Tuesday 3rd May 2022, between 2pm and 7pm, all interested parties are invited to attend.
This event will take place within: Clydebank Waterfront Parish Church [Small Hall] Abbotsford Road, Clydebank G81 1 PA

Those wishing to make comment on the proposals may do so either via the dedicated web-page, or at in person through feedback forms that will be available on the 3rd May. These can either filled in and returned on the day or returned to the address below, or indeed completed on-line via our dedicated webpage. Any comments should be received by no later than Friday 20* May 2022.

Please note that any written representations made must be sent to the address below, and not to West Dunbartonshire Council. An opportunity to make representations to the Council will be afforded once a formal Planning Application has been lodged.
