I Mike Pearce give notice that we have applied to Cornwall Council as Licensing Authority for the grant / variation of a Premises Licence in respect of Cornish Cream, 31 Market Street , Falmouth, Cornwall TR11 3AT
The application is to: Retail of Alcohol, off site consumption only 09.00 to 22.00 Monday through to Sunday.

A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Licensing Team, Cornwall Council, Dolcoath Avenue, Camborne, TR14 8SX, or email licensing@cornwall.gov.uk  not later than 6th May 2022.
A record of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority's address Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5,000
