BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNCIL


The Council has made Buckinghamshire Council (Roberts Lane, Chalfont St Peter in the Parish of Chalfont St. Peter CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2022 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Roberts Lane for approximately 56m. The closure is required whilst Openreach pole testing works take place commencing on 19 April 2022 between 09:30 and 15:30. The proposed Order will come into operation on 19 April 2022, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

The Council has made Buckinghamshire Council (Amersham Road, Gerrards Cross in the Parish of Gerrards Cross CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2022 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Amersham Road for approximately 100m. Alternative route: Oxford Road, London Road, Park Lane, Amersham Road, Gore Hill, Amersham Bypass, London Road East, Amersham Road, Gravel Hill, Chalfont St Peter Bypass and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Network Rail bridge inspection works take place commencing on 23-25 April 2022 between 21:00 and 05:00. The proposed Order will come into operation on 23 April 2022, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

NOTICE OF COMING INTO FORCE OF PUBLIC PATH ORDER
notice is hereby given that The Buckinghamshire Council (Public Footpath No. 59, High Wycombe) Public Path Diversion Order 2021 made under section 257 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 came into effect on 11 March 2022 when Buckinghamshire Council certified that the terms of Article 2 of the above Order were complied with. The Council intends to make Buckinghamshire Council (Kiln Lane, Ley Hill) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2022 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Kiln Lane for 108 metres. The closure is required whilst a pole replacement takes place commencing on 26 April 2022 between 08:00 and 18:00. The proposed Order will come into operation on 26 April 2022, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

Alternative route: Marsham Lane, Lower Road, Oak End Way and vice versa. The closure is required whilst a pole replacement takes place commencing on 27 April 2022 between 09:00 and 15:00. The proposed Order will come into operation on 27 April 2022, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

Alternative route: Hedgerley Lane, Windsor Road, Oxford Road, London Road, Slough Road, M40 Junction 2 To Junction 1a On Slip and vice versa. The closure is required whilst 1 x Renew, replace, raise, and lower Frame and Cover, Access Existing Infrastructure takes place commencing on 28 April 2022 between 08:00 and 16:00. The proposed Order will come into operation on 28 April 2022, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

Alternative route: Henley Road, Harleyford, Bockmer Lane, Bockmer Road, Hooks Lane and vice versa. The closure is required whilst pole testing takes place commencing on 28 April 2022 between 08:00 and 16:00. The proposed Order will come into operation on 28 April 2022, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.
