(PROHIBITION AND RESTRICTION OF WAITING, TAXI RANK CLEARWAYS AND ON STREET PARKING) CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2018
(AMENDMENT NO.4) ORDER 2022

Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council proposes to make the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and the Traffic Management Act 2004 to introduce the following restrictions in the Tidworth Consolidation Order 2018 by revoking Map Schedule No. FY101 dated 22 October 2018 and replacing it with revised Map Schedule No. FY101 the effect of which will be as follows:
a) To introduce No Waiting at any time on A338 Pennings Road - west side -
i) from a point 61 metres south of its junction with Trinity View Road for a distance of 3 metres in a southerly direction
ii) from a point 88 metres south of its junction with Trinity View Road for a distance of 4.5 metres in a southerly direction;
b) To introduce Parking Monday to Saturday 8am-6pm 30 minutes No return within 1 hour on A338 Pennings Road - west side - from a point 63 metres south of its junction with Trinity View Road for a distance of 24 metres in a southerly direction.
