PURSUANT to the Trustee Act 1925 NOTICE is given that all creditors and others having any claims against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the estate of Joseph Charles Kiff of Hill House, Weston Lane, Winterslow, Salisbury, Wiltshire SP5 1RL who died on 26 April 2006. Probate to whose estate was granted on 31 July 2013 are required to send particulars thereof to the undersigned Solicitors for the Personal Representatives on or before 2 January 2014. After this date the personal representatives will distribute the assets of the said deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they then have had notice. In respect of the assets or any part thereof so distributed the personal representatives will not be liable to any person of whose claim or interest they have not then had notice.
