Notice of Application for a New Premises Licence

Outside Events Ltd has made an application to Bolton Council for a new premises licence for: The Hawthorn, Blackrod bypass, Blackrod, Bolton BL6 5HX. The relevant Licensing activity and opening hours which it is intended to provide at the premises is: Sale of Alcohol (for consumption on & off the premises), Plays, Films, Live Music (E), Recorded Music (F), Performance of Dance (G) and anything similar to E, F and G (indoors & outdoors): Sunday to Thursday 09:00 23:59 Friday & Saturday 09:00 01:00 Late Night Refreshment Sunday to Thursday 23:00 23:59 Friday & Saturday 23:00 01:00 Opening Hours Sunday to Thursday 09:00 00:30 Friday & Saturday 09:00 01:30 Non-standard timings as per the application. Please note - during the current COV-19 arrangements access to council buildings has been restricted.

Any 'Interested Party' or 'Responsible Authority' may make representations to the Council regarding the application during the period of 28 consecutive days starting with the day after the application was lodged with the Council, that day being 13 April 2022. The last day for representations to be made will therefore be 11 May 2022. All representations must be made in writing. Please note during the current COV-19 arrangements all representations must be sent to the Licensing Team electronically, the email address is provided above. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. On summary conviction, the maximum penalty for such an offence is an unlimited fine.
