Notice of Application to Vary a Club Premises Certificate

Notice is hereby given that Magdalen Park Lawn Tennis Club Ltd has applied to Wandsworth Council to vary the club premises certificate at 38 Magdalen Road, Earlsfield. SW18 3NP. To vary the licence to allow the supply of alcohol (for consumption on and off the premises) and the provision of regulated entertainment (recorded music) between the hours of 11.30 and 23.00 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, between the hours of 11.30 and midnight on Wednesday, between the hours of 11.30 and 2.00 (on the morning following) Saturday and from 11.30 until 22.00 on Sunday.

The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) by prior appointment at the offices of Wandsworth Licensing Authority, Regulatory Services Partnership (Serving Merton, Richmond and Wandsworth Councils) Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden,Surrey, SM4 5DX between the hours of 10.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. Information on all new and variation applications received by the Licensing Authority can be viewed on the Council's website
