Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Section 14 City Of Bradford Metropolitan District Council Granby Lane, Riddlesden Temporary Prohibition Of Traffic Order

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of bridge works to be executed on or near Granby Lane, Riddlesden intends to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall proceed in the length of Granby Lane for approximately 20 meters either side of canal bridge.
PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on the said length of road.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the Order will be available via Granby Lane (unaffected section), Granby Drive, Bar Lane, Bradford Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect at 08:00 hours on the 18th April 2022 and remain in force until 18:00 hours on the 12th June 2022 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary).
