TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF DORCHESTER ROAD, UPTON / LYTCHETT MINSTER FOR ROYAL BRITISH LEGION REMEMBRANCE PARADE 10TH NOVEMBER 2013, REF: 13/1080

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH ROAD WAITING OR LOADING AND UNLOADING

For the purpose of a Remembrance Parade, DORSET COUNTY COUNCIL has issued a Notice under Section 16A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to prohibit the use of Dorchester Road, Upton / Lytchett Minster by cyclists, horse riders and all mechanically propelled vehicles, except those taking part in the event on Sunday 10th November 2013 as follows:

10.30 - 11.00 Upton to Lytchett Minster

12.00 - 12.30 Lytchett Minster to Upton

There will be no specified diversion route on this occasion.

Any person who uses or permits the use of Dorchester Road, Upton / Lytchett Minster in contravention of the notice will be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding £1,000.
