Do hereby give notice that I have applied to the Licensing Authority at Darlington Borough Council for the Grant of a Premises Licence at: 34 High Northgate, Darlington DL1 1UW and known as: TRO Food and Wine. The application is to: Permit sale of alcohol off the premises Monday to Saturday 8am to 1am and Sunday 10.30am to 11pm. Interested parties or responsible authorities wishing to make representation on the application must give notice in writing to The Licensing & Parking Manager, Town Hall, Darlington DL1 5QT by 25 November 2013. The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) at the Licensing Offices at the above address between the hours of 9.00am to 4.00pm or on the world wide web at www.darlington.gov.uk
