Dissolution of Partnership

Notice is given that the partnership formerly subsisting between Verena Gay Huntley and Deborah Gillian Snell carrying on the business known as Little Orchard Pre-School from premises at Middle Woodford, Salisbury SP4 6NR and West Street, Great Wishford, Salisbury SP2 0PQ was dissolved on 5th April 2022 when Deborah Gillian Snell retired.
All assets and liabilities of the partnership have been transferred to Verena Gay Huntley who will continue to carry on the business of Little Orchard Pre-School from the same premises as a sole trader.
