Herefordshire Council Notice of Continuation

Notice is hereby given that Herefordshire Council made the PUBLIC FOOTPATH BX10, BURGHILL (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2020 temporarily closing the said footpath from OS Grid Reference SO 4867 4242 to SO 4866 4234. The closure is required while development works take place. There alternative route is via the C1095 and A4103 footways. Queries on this proposal may be directed to 01432 261800. The Order continues in force from on 19 April 2022 for a period not exceeding 12 months (unless extended by the Secretary of State) or until any said works have been completed, (whichever is the earlier), or until determined by Herefordshire Council.
