Notice is hereby given that Abberton & Langenhoe Community Association Management Committee has applied in respect of the Abberton & Langenhoe Village Hall for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for: the sale by retail of alcohol for the consumption on the premises Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, Bank Holidays, Public Holidays Christmas and new year between the hours 1700 to 2359. Mondays to Sundays 0800-2359 for Plays, Films, Indoors Sporting Events, Live Music and Dance. Representations to this application must be made in writing, by 7th May 2022 Licensing Authority, Colchester Borough Council, PO Box 889, Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester, CO3 3WG. The register of licensing applications can be inspected between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday at the offices of Colchester Borough Council, 33 Sheepen Road Colchester or online http://www.colchester.gov.uk/licensingregister
It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is £5000.
