Application For A Premises Licence Under The Licensing Act 2003

I, Dawn Nickson of Millwood Bowling Club do hereby give notice that I have applied to the Licensing Authority (Vale of Glamorgan Council) for the variation of a club premises certificate at Broad Close, Pontypridd Road, Barry known as Millwood Bowling Club, CF62 7LX. The application is for: Variation of the plan to include the veranda areas and the viewing areas of the bowling green for on sales of alcohol during the existing permitted licensing hours that is Monday to Saturday inclusive 10.00 to 2300 and Sunday hours noon to 22.30. Any persons wishing to make representations to this application may do so in writing to the Licensing department, Vale of Glamorgan Council, Civic Offices, Holton Rd Barry, CF63 4RU, or by email to licensing@valeofglamorgan.gov.uk not later than 28 days after the date of this notice.

Representations received after this date will not be considered. A copy of the application can be viewed at the Civic Offices during normal working hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5000.
