Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984(City of Worcester) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2011 (Variation) Order 2022 [Resident Permit Holders Only Parking and Revocation of Prohibition of Waiting on Britannia Square, Worcester] On 31 March 2022

Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to replace prohibition of waiting at any time with resident permit holders only parking on the following length and side of road in Worcester-Britannia Square (north) from a point 12m north east of its junction with Britannia Square (west) for a distance of 10m in a north easterly direction. The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes.

On 31 March 2022 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following length and sides of roads in Worcester:-
Tintern Avenue (both sides) from a point 20m west of its junction with Astwood Road to a point 48.5m west of that junction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles. Order) 2022
Order made: to close Footpaths SW-501, SW-503, SW-504, SW-505, SW-509, Shelsley Walsh and Footpath CT-603, Clifton on Teme for their entire lengths. The Order is being made to facilitate events related to the Midland Automobile Club's Shelsley Walsh Hill
Climb.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises having a frontage to the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the necessary works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: Footpaths CT-604, Clifton on Teme, and SW-506, SW-507 and SW-508, Shelsley Walsh, C2026, Shelsley Walsh, and vice versa. The proposed Order will run for 6 months on the
following dates in 2022: -
19 April, 28 April, 30 April, 7 - 8 May, 13 May, 17 May, 21
- 22 May, 4 - 5 June, 14 June, 17 - 19 June, 25 - 26 June, 2

- 3 July, 16 - 17 July, 25 - 27 July, 13 - 14 August, 16 August, 25 August, 27 - 28 August, 3 - 4 September, 6 September, 9- 10 September, 17 - 18 September, 23 September, 2 October.

(City of Worcester) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2011 (Variation) Order 2022 [Various Waiting Restrictions (Proposals and Revocation) on Dugdale Drive and Topham Avenue, Worcester]
Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following lengths and sides of roads in Worcester:
Dugdale Drive (north side) from a point 262m east of its junction with
Cartwright Avenue for a distance of 15m in an easterly direction; from a point 335m east of that junction for a distance of 57.5m in an easterly direction; (south side) from its junction with A4440 roundabout for a distance of 55.5m in a westerly direction. Topham Avenue (west side) from a point 7m south of its junction with Bomford Hill for a distance of 10m in a southerly direction. Prohibit waiting for vehicles exceeding 7.5 tonnes 7pm-7am:-
Dugdale Drive (north side) from a point 136.5m east of its junction with Cartwright Avenue for a distance of 39m; from a point 235m east of that junction for a

distance of 29m and from a point 322.3m east of that junction for a distance of 12.7m , all in an easterly direction; (south side) from a point 55.5m west of its junction with A4440 roundabout for a distance of 191.5m in a westerly direction.
Replace limited waiting 2 hours no return within 2 hours Monday-Friday 8am-
6pm with limited waiting 2 Hours no return within
2 hours.

Dugdale Drive (north side) from a point 8.5m east of its junction with Cartwright
Avenue for a distance of 67.8m in an easterly direction; (south side) from a point
31.5m east of its junction with B4638 Woodgreen Drive for a distance of 39.5m in an easterly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles. Proposed Order: To close that part of A38 Sansome Place and A38 Sansome Walk from its junction with B4205 Sansome Street to its junction with U50102 Little Southfield Street and temporarily part suspend The County of Hereford and Worcester (Various Roads, Worcester) (One-Way Traffic) Order 1977 for the duration of the order to facilitate access. Reason: Carriageway resurfacing by WCC. Reason: Carriageway resurfacing by WCC. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Reason: Installation works by Kier Group. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Order 2022
Proposed Order: To close that part of C2238 Wichenford from its junction with B4204 Castle Hill to its junction with C2252 Wichenford. Reason: New customer connection by Severn Trent
Water.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: B4204 Castle Hill, B4204 Martley,
C2252 Church Lane, C2252 Hope House Lane and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration:

Order 2022
Proposed Order: To close that part of A44 Deansway from its junction with A44 All Saints Road to its junction with U53132 Edgar Street.
Reason: Carriageway resurfacing by WCC. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: North Diversion: A38 City Walls Road, A38 St Nicholas Street, A38 Foregate Street, A449 Castle Street, A449 Croft Road, A44 Dolday, A44 All Saints Road. Reason: New water connection by Severn Trent Water.

(Temporary Closure) Order 2022
Order made: To close that part of C2243 Horne Lane
from its junction with U64609 Prickley Green to its
junction with U64609 Witton Hill.
Reason: Broken connection repair by WCC. Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: B4197 Hillside, C2068 Hockhams Lane, C2068 Wichenford, C2243 Wichenford and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 4 days Commencing: 19 April 2022. (U60000 Taylors Lane, Kempsey) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022
Order made: to close that part of U60000 Taylors Lane from its junction with A38 Bath Road to its junction with C2055 Norton Road.
Reason: Safe Working in respect of Pole Inspection by Openreach.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: A38 Bath Road, U60001 Broomhall Lane, C2108 Broomhall, C2055 Norton Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day Commencing: 18 April 2022. (C2026 Stanford Bridge, Stanford With Orleton) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022 Order made: To close that part of C2026 Stanford Bridge from its junction with B4203 Stanford Bridge to its junction with C2228 Shelsley Beauchamp. Reason: Carriageway patching by WCC. Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2026 Shelsley Walsh, B4204 The Village to Ham Bridge, B4204 Church Road, B4204 The Village, B4204 The Village to Herefordshire, B4204 Herefordshire, B4203 Herefordshire, B4203 Stanford Bridge and vice versa.
