The Oxfordshire County Council Definitive Map And Statement Of Public Rights Of Way For Oxfordshire Holton Footpath No. 7 (part) Modification Order 2022

On the 5 April 2022, Oxfordshire County Council confirmed without modification the above order made under section 53 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981. The effect of the order as confirmed is to modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the area by adding a public footpath:-From the unclassified highway as shown on the List of Streets at grid reference SP 6019 0710, running north east for approximately 112 metres to meet existing Holton FP7 at grid reference SP 6028 0716. The order as confirmed became operative on the date of confirmation but if a person aggrieved by the order wants to question its validity, on the ground that it is not within the powers of section 53 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, or on the ground that any requirement of Schedule 15 to the Act has not been complied with in relation to the order, he or she may, under paragraph 12 of Schedule 15 to the Act, within 42 days from 14 April 2022, make an application for that purpose to the High Court.
