(Footpath 11, Loughton) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intend to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close Footpath 11, Loughton in the District of Epping Forest, at a point approximately 50 metres from the entrance to Church Hill. The closure is scheduled to commence on 18/04/2022 to 29/04/2022 or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while foundation work to property number 73 Church Hill are undertaken.
The alternative route will be via Church Lane.
The Order will come into effect on 18/04/2022 and may continue in force for 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Cottis Lane, Epping) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Cottis Lane, Epping in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with High Street for a distance of approximately 40m in a northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 2nd May 2022 for 31 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP02231006347 - Epping Scaffolding Services Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while scaffolding erected for roofing works are undertaken by Epping Scaffolding Services Ltd.
An alternative route is available via Cottis Lane, High Street, St Johns Road, Bakers Lane and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 21st April 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Gladstone Road, Buckhurst Hill) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Gladstone Road, Buckhurst Hill in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with High Road for a distance of approximately 45m in a southeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 12th May 2022 for 20 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ5021001140370 -Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while mains replacement works are undertaken by Cadent. An alternative route is available via Gladstone Road, Russell Road, High Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 21st April 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Hilltop Close, Loughton) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hilltop Close, Loughton in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 75m southwest of its junction with Hilltop for a distance of approximately 25m in a southwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 9th May 2022 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC412CHKNONSAWD2F660N-1 - Openreach). Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Lindsey Street, Epping in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Frampton Road to its junction with James Street a distance of approximately 90m. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of High Street, Roydon in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 70m northwest of its junction with The Granary to its East Hertfordshire Border a distance of approximately 50m. Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hoe Lane, Lambourne in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 260m southeast of its junction with New Road for a distance of approximately 25m in a southeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 23rd April 2022 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MX06043102/NG - Affinity Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Affinity Water.

(Mount End Road, Theydon Mount) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Mount End Road, Theydon Mount in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 400m northeast of its junction with Mount Road for a distance of approximately 80m in a northeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 25th April 2022 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30081131436 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.
An alternative route is available via Banks Lane, Mount Road and vice versa.

(Various Roads, District of Epping Forest) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic, Temporary Introduction of a Clearway and a 30mph Speed Limit) (No.3) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of road in the District of Epping Forest as specified in the schedule to this Order.
2. To temporarily introduce a 30mph speed limit on that length of road in the District of Epping Forest as specified in the schedule to this Order.
3. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above length of roads for the duration of the closure to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping restriction will be in force.
"The Essex County Council (Epping Forest District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above length of road only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 7th April 2022, exact dates will be specified on one.network. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase of works and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road.
