Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (Wyre Forest District - Kidderminster area) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2007 (Variation) Order 2022 [Prohibition of Waiting on Marlpool Lane and Hay Close, Kidderminster]

Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following lengths and sides of roads in Kidderminster:-
Marlpool Lane (west side) from its junction with Hay Close for a distance of 15m in both a northerly and southerly direction. Hay Close (north side) from its junction with Marlpool Lane for a distance of 18m in a westerly direction; (south side) from its junction with Marlpool Lane for a distance of 17m in a westerly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.

The validity of the Council's powers in making the Order or this exercise of them may be questioned by application to the High Court within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made. (A456 Birmingham Road, Kidderminster) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022 Order made: To close that part of A456 Birmingham Road from its junction with U12527 Husum Way to its junction with B4188 Belbroughton Road
a) East bound on 18 April 2022

b) West bound on 19 April 2022.

Reason: New Lining and Cats eyes by WCC. Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: B4188 Belbroughton Road, A450 Worcester Road, A448 Bromsgrove Road, A448 Stone Hill, A448 Comberton Road, A449 Chester Road North and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 Nights (20:00 - 05:00) Commencing: 18 April 2022. (U12039 Avon Road, Kidderminster) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022
Order made: To close that part of U12039 Avon Road from its junction with U12027 Jubilee Drive North to its junction with U12065 Severn Grove. Reason: Sewer works by First Direct Contracting Ltd. Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U12039 Avon Road, U12030 Spring Grove Crescent, U12020 Spring Grove Road, U12027 Jubilee Drive North and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 10 days Commencing: 20 April 2022.
