Notice Of Temporary Prohibition Of Traffic -Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

 -Various Roads Within Knutsford

Notice is hereby given that the Cheshire East Borough Council in
exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984, and of all other enabling powers has made
an order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit traffic.

Prohibition of traffic -

King Street, Knutsford - For its full extent
West Lane, High Legh - For its full extent
For diversions and specific dates please visit one.network
This order will come into operation on Monday 25 April 2022 and will
continue in force for 18 months or for such less time as is necessary
to complete the work to be executed in the highway, although it is
anticipated that the works will be completed by Friday 31 March 2023.

Notice Of Temporary Prohibition Of Traffic -Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Manor Park South, Knutsford
Notice is hereby given that the Cheshire East Borough Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and of all other enabling powers has made an order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit traffic. Prohibition of traffic - Manor Park South, Knutsford - From the junction with Sharston Crescent to outside The Spinney The alternative route will be via Manor Park South, Mobberley Road, Brook Street, Hollow Lane, Thorneyholme Drive and vice versa which is considered the most suitable route.
This order will come into operation on Saturday 09 April 2022 and will continue in force for 18 months or for such less time as is necessary to complete the work to be executed in the highway, although it is anticipated that the works will be completed by Monday 18 April 2022. Notice Of Proposal - (Various Traffic Movements)
 (Various Roads) (Consolidation) Order 2022
The Cheshire East Borough Council (hereinafter referred to as "the Council") in exercise of powers conferred by Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 19, 65(1) and 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Act 1984 ("The 1984 Act") as amended and of all other enabling powers, and having regard to Section 122 of the 1984 Act and its duties in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 of the 1984 Act proposes to make an Order.

1. The effect of the proposed Order will be to revoke all moving traffic movement Orders that have previously been made which conflict with the provisions of the proposed Order and then to re-enact the provisions of those Orders under the proposed Order, consolidating the provisions into one Order.

Notice Of Proposal - (Various Roads, Alderley Edge) (20mph Speed Zone) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Cheshire East Borough Council proposes to make an Order under Section 84 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and of all other enabling powers and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Act.
The effect of the Order will be to introduce a speed limit of 20mph along the following lengths of roads described in the Schedule to this notice.
