Red Lodge Road, Vary a Premises Licensing

Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited in respect of Premises known as Railway Hotel, Red Lodge Road, West Wickham, BR4 0EW applied to Bromley London Borough Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence.
The proposed variation is:
1. Amend the terminal hour for the sale of alcohol and late night refreshment, on Friday and Saturdays to 01:00 the following day;
2.Amend the terminal hour for opening hours on Friday and Saturday, to 01:30 the following day and to add an additional hour to this time on the morning when British Summer Time commences;
3. Amend the start time for the sale of alcohol and opening hours on Sunday to begin from 10:00;
4. Remove the restrictions set out in condition 9 which relate to the times when alcohol may be sold as these conflict with the usual timings for the sale of alcohol. Condition 9 and 9a to 9f are to be removed. Condition 9g which contains the permission for extended hours for the sale of alcohol on New Year's Eve is to be retained;
5. Remove condition 10 (10a to 10j of the premises licence which contains outdated restrictions and narrative).
Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Team, London Borough of Bromley, Civic Centre, Stockwell Close, Bromley BR 1 3UH or to licensing@bromley.gov.uk, no later than 3 May 2022 stating the grounds for representation. The register of Bromley London Borough Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council's website -www.bromley.gov.uk
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
