NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice Is Hereby Given That American Golf (Trading) Limited has applied to Bexley Council on 4th April 2022 for the Variation of the Premises Licence issued in respect of the premises known as American Golf (Barnehurst) Mayplace Road East, Bexleyheath, DA7 6JU.The Variation is to update the plans currently attached to the Licence to show a change of layout following a refurbishment & change of ownership and to remove conditions attached to the Licence following discussions with the Police Licensing Officer.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with the application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
