APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice is hereby given that Shutdown Ent Ltd has applied to the Licensing Authority at The London Borough of Bromley for the Grant of a Premises Licence for Taste Of The Caribbean Food & Drink Festival, Croydon Road Recreation Ground, 319 Croydon, Beckenham, BR3 3FD
The Licence if granted is to enable the following activities to take Place:  Sale of alcohol on the premises and the provision of regulated entertainment.
The date and time of these licensable activities are as follows: Saturday 2nd July: 10:00am - 8:00pm

Representation may be made for 28 consecutive days from the date of this notice.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
