I MARK MARTIN give notice that I have applied to Cornwall Council as Licensing Authority for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of LITTLE TREVOTHAN CAMPING AND CARAVAN PARK, COVERACK, HELSTON, CORNWALL TR12 6SD
The application is to : Sell alcohol in our onsite shop throughout the season from 8am until 6pm.
Sell alcohol at a limited number of events we may hold at our holiday park, such as locally produced beer and cider tasting, locally produced wine tasting, music events, afternoon teas, televised sports games/matches etc. Events may take place in the afternoon and the evening, ending no later than 10.30pm.
A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Cornwall Council at Licensing Tea, Cornwall Council, Chy Trevail, Beacon Technology Park, Bodmin PL31 2FR or email licensing@cornwall.gov.uk not later than 29th April 2022.
A record of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority's address Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) during normal office hours. Details are also at www.cornwall.gov.uk by searching 'List of current premises licence applications. Alternatively, telephone the Licensing Office on 0300 1234 212.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5000.
