Footpaths 20 & 24 Blackburn Temporary Closure Order 2022

NOTICE is hereby given that the Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council has now made the above Order under Section 14(1)(a) of the | Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the Order will be to prohibit any persons from using the I Footpaths referred to in the Schedule below to facilitate construction works for the new housing development adjacent to the Public Rights

The Order becomes effective on 14th April 2022 for a period of I six months or until the works have been completed whichever is the sooner.
