(Winkfield Lane, Winkfield) (Temporary Prohibition Of Driving) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that Bracknell Forest Borough Council intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order, in accordance with Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding in any direction along:
a) Winkfield Lane, Winkfield in both directions between the junctions of Winkfield Street and Crouch Lane.
The alternative route for vehicles affected by section (a) of this Order will be via Winkfield lane, Crouch lane, B3022 North street, A330 Pigeonhouse Lane, A330 Church road, Winkfield Street and this route reversed. The purpose of this Order is to ensure public & worker safety while undertaking access to underground structure - cable renewal to restore customer service

The proposed Order will come into operation on the 19th April 2022, and its maximum duration will be 6 months. However, it is currently planned that the road closures will be in place from the 19th April-20th April 2022. This Order shall only apply when the appropriate signs and markings are displayed in the road. Dated - 07th April 2022
