Notice is hereby given that the Southend-on-Sea City Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

1. Works are required for Southend City Council to carry out footpath maintenance
2.The proposed works are listed in Table 1 to this Order. The effect of the orders will be to prohibit

entry along the footpath included in Table 1 to this notice 3. The Orders will come into effect on 19 April 2022 and may continue in force for 6 months or

until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier and will apply only during such
time and to such extent as indicated by traffic signs.
