Notice is hereby given that We, Greene King Brewing & Retailing Limited have applied to Ribble Valley Borough Council on 6th April 2022 for a variation to a premises licence to use the premises at Spread Eagle, Mellor Lane, Mellor, Blackburn, Lancashire, BB2 7EG Jo vary the following: To vary the opening hours to 08:00am daily.To vary the sale of alcohol to 08:00am dairy.
