Application for grant of a premises licence

Notice is hereby given that an application has been submitted to Hambleton District Council for a 'shadow' premises licence by the freehold owner at the premises, on the same terms as the existing premises licence 09_PREM_0098, and as follows: Proposed licensable activities and hours: (1) Live music, Recorded Music, Performance of Dance, Supply of Alcohol (on/off) both indoors and outdoors  to 00:30 every day; (2) Late night refreshment indoors and outdoors 23:00 to 00:30 every day; (3) Opening hours 11:00 to 01:00 Every day; (4) An extension applies for New Year's Eve in respect of all licensable activities and opening hours; (5) the same conditions as are attached to the current premises licence shall apply.
