has made the above Order on 29 March 2022.
The Order comes into operation on 19 April
2022 as detailed in the Schedule below.

REPRESENTATIONS
If you wish to question the validity of the Order or of any of the provisions contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, as amended, or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may within six weeks from 29 March 2022, apply to the High Court for this purpose.

SCHEDULE
The speed limit restriction as advertised and consulted on from 6 August 2021 to 27 August 2021 (in the Proposals Ref S55 2021] is to be implemented on Magna Road.
