The Council has made Buckinghamshire Council (Grove Lane, Ashley Green in the Parish of Ashley Green CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2022 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Grove Lane for approximately 172m. Alternative route: Grove Lane, Village Road, Chesham Road, Rushmere Lane and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Openreach overhead cabling works take place commencing on 18 April 2022 between 08:00 and 18:00. The proposed Order will come into operation on 18 April 2022, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

On 25.03.2022, Buckinghamshire Council confirmed the above Order made under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 and section 53A(2) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981.
