We Robert Hemsley and Virginia Porpora do hereby give notice that it is our intention to apply to Brighton & Hove City Council for the grant of a premises licence to use or permit the use of premises known as Square Townhouse, 4 New Steine, Brighton, BN2 1PB or the following licensable activities/ proposed variation which it is proposed will be carried on, or from the premises: Supply and Sale of Alcohol, Late Night Food 'In the case of an application for a provisional statement, representations are restricted after the issue of a provisional statement

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum penalty for which a person is liable on summary conviction is an unlimited fine.
