In the Estate of MARGARET ANNE McWILLIAMS (otherwise DUIGNAN) Deceased Late of Tilery Care Home 130, Swanlinbar Road, Enniskillen, County Fermanagh and formerly of 2 Rocorn, Cony, Belleek, County Fermanagh
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 28 of the Trustee Act (Nl) 1958, that all Creditors, Beneficiaries and other persons having any claims against or interest in the estate of the above named deceased who died on the 13th April 2019, are hereby required to send on or before the 10th day of June 2022 particulars of such claims or interest to the undersigned Solicitors for the Personal Representative of the deceased.
And Notice is hereby given that after the said 10th day of June 2022 the said Personal Representative will proceed to convey or distribute the property of trie said deceased among the parties entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and demands of which particulars have been received.
