TAKE NOTICE that we Colette Boland of 55a Main Street, Irvinestown, Co. Fermanagh, BT941GL and Sean Clear of 48 Flax Valley, Irvinestown, Co. Fermanagh, 3T941FL intend at the Magistrates' Court sitting at Enniskillen on Wednesday 20* April 2022 to apply for the transfer to me of a licence at present held by Maeve Beckett and Keith Beckett of 55 Flax Valley, Irvinestown, Co. Fermanagh, BT941 FL for the premises at Sissy McGintys, 60-62 Main Street, Irvinestown, Co. Fermanagh, BT941GL being premises of the following kind according to the Licensing (Northern Ireland) Order 1996, namely premises specified in Article:-
that we Colette Boland of 55a Main Street, Irvinestown, Co. Fermanagh, BT94
GL and Sean Clear of 48 Flax Valley, Irvinestown, Co. Fermanagh, BT94 1FL intend at the Magistrates' Court sitting at Enniskillen on Wednesday 20th April 2022 to apply for the transfer to me of  licence at present held by Maeve Beckett and Keith Beckett of 55 Flax Valley, Irvinestown, Co. Fermanagh, BT94
FL for the premises
Sissy McGintys, 60-62 Main Street, Irvinestown, Co. Fermanagh, BT941GL being premises of the following kind according to the Licensing (Northern Ireland) Order 1996, namely premises specified in Article:-
5(1)(a) premises in which the business carried on under the licence the business of selling intoxicating liquor by retail for consumption either in or off the premises;
A protection Order authorising Colette Boland of 55A Main Street, Irvinestown, Co. Fermanagh BT941 GL and Sean Clear of 48 Flax Valley, Irvinestown, Co. Fermanagh, BT941 FL to cany on the business under the licence was granted on the 25" day of October 2021 by the Magistrates' Court sitting at Enniskillen on the 25" day of October 2021 for the period of six months from the date of the order.

We are the owners of the business carried on under the licence.
The owner of the premises is Whitehouse Developments Limited.
The licence will be deposited with the clerk of petty sessions before or at the hearing of the application.
AND F0RTHER TAKE NOTICE that any person owning or residing or carrying on business in premises in the vicinity of the premises for which this licence is sought must, in accordance with paragraph 3 of Schedule 5 to the Order serve notice of his intention to object upon the Applicant C/0 the Applicant's Solicitor's address and the Chief Clerk not less than one week before the opening of the Court Sittings briefly stating the grounds of objection.
that any person owning or residing or carrying on business in premises in the vicinity of the premises for which this licence is sought must, in accordance with paragraph 3 of Schedule 5 to the Order serve notice of his intention to object upon the Applicant C/0 the Applicant's Solicitor's address and the Chief Clerk not less than one week before the opening of the Court Sittings briefly stating the grounds of objection.

The permissible grounds of objection are as specified in Article 22 (6) of the Order.
