NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE TAKE NOTICE that we The Growling Shrew Limited have applied to Craven District Council under the Licensing Act 2003, for the variation of a premises licence in respect of premises known as The Growling Shrew, 49 Swadford Street, Skipton, BD23 1QY FOR: The inclusion of sale by retail of alcohol (on-sale) as an ancillary service to the existing sale by retail of alcohol (off-sales), and within the current operating days/hours of Monday - Friday 9:00 - 23:00 and Sunday 10:00 - 22:00. Also for the removal of one condition.

Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations regarding the application where they believe that the proposed activities would undermine any of the four licensing objectives. Any representations must be submitted in writing to the Licensing Manager, 1 Belle Vue Square, Broughton Road, Skipton BD23 1FJ by 2nd May 2022. Any person wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to an unlimited fine.
