(Saltersgate Lane, Satley) (Temporary Road Closure) Order 2022

The Council on 1/4/22 made the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 as amended, Section 14 (1) to prohibit all vehicular traffic from proceeding on 1.85 kilometres of Saltersgate Lane that extends westerly and north westerly from its junction with A68 Satley to enable carriageway patching repair works to be undertaken. No alternative route available to vehicular traffic, however access will be afforded for residents, visitors to the nursery and emergency vehicles within reason where required. The maximum duration of the Order is 18 months. The proposed works are to commence on 11/4/22 from 7.30am to 3.30pm and are anticipated to be completed in 4 days. On occasions, alternative dates for closure may be necessary and these will be signed accordingly.
