(Beal Walk and Lindisfarne, High Shincliffe) (Temporary Footpath Closure) Order 2022

The Council on 1 /4/22 made the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 as amended, Section 14 (1) to prohibit all pedestrian traffic from proceeding on 140 metres of segregated footpath that extends southerly and south westerly from the rear of number 12 Beal Walk to number 7 Lindisfarne, High Shincliffe to enable telecom works to be undertaken. Alternative route from the northern side of the closure either easterly via Beal Walk or westerly via Heathways to the southern side of the closure, and vice versa. The maximum duration of the Order is 6 months. The proposed works are to commence on 9/4/22 from 8am and are anticipated to be completed in 16 days. On occasions, alternative dates for closure may be necessary and these will be signed accordingly. Dated: 7th April 2022
