(South Street, Durham) (Temporary Road Closure) Order 2022

The Council on 1/4722 made the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 as amended, Section 14 (1) to prohibit all vehicular traffic from proceeding on 165 metres of South Street, Durham from junction with Grove Street to number 45 South Street to enable CCTV survey works to be undertaken. Throughout the period of closure, no diversion route will be available. The maximum duration of the Order is 18 months. The proposed works are to commence on 10/4/22 from 8am and are anticipated to be completed in half a day. On occasions, alternative dates for closure may be necessary and these will be signed accordingly.
