PEDESTRIAN CROSSING - MILL STREAM APPROACH, SALISBURY No. 1 -
Notice is hereby given that on 30 March 2022 Wiltshire Council made the above mentioned Order No.1 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and the Traffic Management Act 2004 to amend the following restrictions in the Salisbury Consolidation Order 2013 by revoking Map Schedule Nos. IJ83 (Central Zone) dated 29 December 2014 and II83 (Zone A) dated 31 July 2017 and replacing them by the insertion of revised Map Schedule Nos. IJ83 (Central Zone) and II83 (Zone A) dated 11 April 2022 the effect of which will be to introduce No Waiting at any time for administrative purposes only with no changes to be made on the ground on Avon Approach - both sides - from its junction with Castle Street to a point 13 metres west of its junction with the access road leading to Mill Stream Coach Park; Mill Stream Approach - both sides - i) from its junction with Castle Street to appoint 4 metres west of that junction ii) from a point 32 metres west of its junction with Castle Street to a point 72 metres west of that junction. No.2 - Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council in exercise of its powers under Section 23 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 approves the installation of a Zebra Crossing for administrative purposes only with no changes to be made on the ground in Mill Stream Approach - from a point 4 metres west of its junction with Castle Street to a point 32 metres west of that junction. Any person aggrieved by the Order and desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in the Order on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant Section of the above Act or on the grounds that any requirement of that Section or of Part III of Schedule 9 of the Act or any regulation made under the said Schedule, has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court. The Order and Pedestrian Crossing will come into operation on 11 April 2022.
SECTION 14(1) OF THE ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make Orders to close temporarily to all traffic:
A) Tisbury Gates Lane (Part), Tisbury; for a distance of approximately 50m either side of the level crossing to enable Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd to carry out level crossing and associated works. Alternative route via Tisbury Gates Lane (unaffected length) - East Hatch - Share Lane - C61 and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 30 April 2022 and the closure will be required between the hours of 00:30 and 04:00 for 3 nights. B) Peterfinger Road, Clarendon Park; from its junction with New Petersfinger Road for its entire length to enable BT to carry out access to underground structure and associated works. No alternative route is available. This Order will come into operation on 03 May 2022 and the closure will be required between the hours of 19:00 and 06:00 for 1 night. C) Queen Street, Salisbury; from its junction with Blue Boar Row to its junction with Milford Street to enable Wessex Water to carry out sewer and associated works. Alternative route northbound via New Canal - High Street - Silver Street - Minster Street - Blue Boar Row. Alternative route southbound via Brown Street - St Anns Street - St Johns Street. This Order will come into operation on 03 May 2022 and the closure will be required for 2 days. For further information please contact Wessex Water on 0300 600 4600.
Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made Orders to close temporarily to all traffic:
D) C62 (Part), Donhead St Mary; from its junction with Church Hill for a distance of approximately 300m in a north westerly direction to enable BT to carry out overhead cabling and associated works. Alternative route via C62 (unaffected length) - C310 - C311 and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 12 April 2022 and the closure will be required between the hours of 09:30 and 15:30 for 1 day. E) Shady Bower (Part), Salisbury; from its junction with Shady Bower Close to its junction with Fowlers Hill.
F) Fowlers Hill (Part), Salisbury; from its junction with Shady Bower to its junction with Fowlers Road to enable BT to carry out access to under structures and associated works. Alternative route via Shady Bower (unaffected length) - Manor Farm Road - Laverstock Road - Milford Hill - Rampart Road - Tollgate Road - Fowlers Hill (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 10 April 2022 and the closure will be required between the hours of 08:00 and 16:00 for 1 day.
For further information please contact Sunbelt Rentals on 03700 500792. Orders A) to F) will have a maximum duration of 18 months. The closures and diversion routes will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works.

THE WILTSHIRE COUNCIL (PARISH OF WHITEPARISH) PATH NO.42 DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT MODIFICATION ORDER 2022
The above Order made on 25 March 2022, if confirmed as made, will modify the definitive map and statement for the area by adding to them the footpath leading from its junction with Common Road, Whiteparish, at OSGR Su 2465-2313, in a generally west-south-westerly direction for approx 180m, before leading south-south-west for approx 150m to its junction with Path no.6 Whiteparish, at OSGr SU 2445-2292, having a recorded width varying between 3m and 9m, as shown coloured purple on the Order map.
