APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE

David Henry Beverley the licence holder of New Ground Cafe, 4-5 New Pond Street Newhall, Harlow, Essex, CM17 9FG Has applied to Harlow District Council to vary the premises licence at the above address.
The proposed variation is as follows-
1. An extension of the licensable area 
2. To extend the licensable hours on Mondays to Wednesdays to 2230 hours
3. To add a seasonal variation relating to bank holidays

Any representations by a Responsible Authority or any other person must be made in writing to the address below by: 25th April 2022. The Licensing Register may be inspected at the Licensing Authority, Harlow District Council, Civic Centre, The Water Gardens, Harlow, Essex, CM20 1WG between 10:00 and 16:03 Monday to Friday except public holidays.
