Notice of Making of An Order Town & Country Planning Act 1990 Section 257 Path Diversion Order 2022 Footpath 4 Nazeing
The above order, made on 15th March 2022, under section 257 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, will divert part of Footpath 4 Nazeing in the District of Epping Forest to enable development to be carried out in accordance with planning permission granted under the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, namely: Planning Application EPF/2412/20, construction of glass houses, access road and associated infrastructure located north of Hoe Lane, Nazeing, Essex.
Copies of the order and the order map can be requested to be posted or viewed by emailing publicpathorders@essexhighways.org, quoting the order title. The documents can be made available for inspection 8.30am - 4.30pm Mon-Fri at Essex County Council E block reception, County Hall, Market Road, Chelmsford. Copies of the order and order map have also been sent to Nazeing Parish Council and Epping Forest District Council.
Any representations about or objections to the order may be sent in writing to Roy Read, Definitive Map Service, Essex County Council, Seax House, 2nd Floor, Victoria Road South, Chelmsford, CM1 1QH not later than 5th May 2022. Please state the grounds on which they are made.
If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, Essex County Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent together with the Order. Any such representation or objections will be taken into account by the Council with the result that they may be made available to the public under the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985.
(Field Close, Buckhurst Hill) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Field Close, Buckhurst Hill in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 25m northeast of its junction with Broadfield Way for a distance of approximately 25m in a northeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 6th May 2022 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC412CHKNONSAWCTJ386W-1 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole installation works are undertaken by Openreach. No diversion route is available.
The Order will come into effect on 14th April 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier
(Old House Lane, Roydon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Old House Lane, Roydon in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 350m northeast of its junction with Epping Road for a distance of approximately 25m in a northeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 18th April 2022 for 8 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MX06042276/AP - Affinity Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Affinity Water. No diversion route available.
The Order came into effect on 31st March 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier
(Smarts Lane, Loughton) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Introduction of a Clearway) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Smarts Lane, Loughton in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 80m southeast of its junction with High Beech Road for a distance of approximately 30m in a southeasterly direction.
2. To temporarily introduce a 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' in that length of Smarts Lane, Loughton in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 80m southeast of its junction with High Beech Road for a distance of approximately 30m in a southeasterly direction.
"The Essex County Council (Epping Forest District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping at any time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions in the above length of road only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
The closure is scheduled to commence on 19th April 2022 for 5 days, or where stated o n a valid permit (MU308000811671000045 - Thames Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Thames Water.
An alternative route is available via High Beech Road, Smarts Lane and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 31st March 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier
